Online Administrative Appeal is a system that allows you to file an administrative appeal and monitor the progress and results using the Internet, with greater ease and convenience which were not an option for the old-fashioned document-based procedures.

1. 01 Access to Online Administrative Appeal portal Access via PC or mobile web
   www.simpan.go.kr
2. 02 Join membership / Log-in with certificates Join membership through verification of real name,log-in via public key certificate, mobile phone certification
3. 03 Preparing petition form Prepare it with the dialogue-style petition form and by reference to similar petition cases.
4. 04 Attaching evidentiary documents Attachment in electronic files (hwp, jpg, pdf)
   ※ Submission by mail allowed
5. 05 Online Administrative appeal petition completed Online petition procedure ended. You can check all of the subsequent progresses in the Online Administrative Appeal portal.
