Dear visitors,
Greetings!
Welcome to the Central Administrative Appeals Commission (CAAC) website!

Administrative appeals system, a quasi-judicial procedure that protects people’s rights and interests by rectifing wrongful dispositions by administrative agencies.
Administrative appeals ensure internal control of the executive branch.
Unlike administrative litigation, filing an administrative appeal is free. So people can seek protection of their rights for free.
Moreover, since administriative appeals are proceeded under the single-trial system, people can redress their rights in a rapid manner.
Administrative appeals cover a wide range of issues since they deliberate on not only illegal but aslo unjust administrative dispositions.
In addition, rullings on admininitrative appeals are binding on administrative agencies, making administrative appeals system more effective in protecting people’s rights and interests.
The CAAC, as an agency overseeing administrative appeals, is working to protect people’s rights and ensure appropriateness of administration.
Online Administrative Appeals System, which was developed to make it easier and more convinient for the people to use, is now expanded to 63 municipal and provincial administrative appeals commissions and related agencies nationwide.
Moreover, accessibility to the system has significantly improved as users can access all services through their personal computers as well as smartphones.
With this online system, people can use one-stop service from filing an administrative appeal to checking the progress and rulling of their cases.
The CAAC will continue to expand people-centered administrative appeals service and serve as the guardian of people’s rights and interests.

Thank you for your continued support for the CAAC.
